i don’t know if any of you have noticed (who knows) but i haven’t been posting in a while, and the reason is because i’ve stopped using this blog
i have finally stopped cutting, and i’m beginning to have more faith in myself and have a more positive outlook on life, but whenever i see the posts on here i get triggered and find it hard to stop myself from cutting...

i was in a coffee shop yesterday when i noticed the woman at the table next to me had old scars all up and down her left arm, some obviously from quite deep cuts.
a little later, i noticed that she had a beautiful butterfly tattoo on her right wrist.
it gave me hope that things get better :)
